Additional allowances (DA, HRA, medical, transport, LTC, etc.) bring the in‑hand salary to roughly ₹ 65,000‑₹ 72,000 per month at posting locations like Bilaspur or Raipur. The role includes a three‑year probation, pensionable service, group insurance, earned leave, and clear promotion pathways within the High Court library system.
